Region IV Assistive Technology Consortium
The Region IV Assistive Technology Consortium includes representatives from eight Intermediate School Districts (ISD’s) in Southeast Michigan. These districts include Jackson, Lenawee, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland Schools, St. Clair, Washtenaw, and Wayne County. The mission of the consortium is to promote and facilitate the capacity to deliver quality AT services through regional and inter-regional collaboration and training.

- Assistive technology
- The instructional framework of UDL.
- Accessible instructional materials (AIM).

WISCONSIN ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY INITIATIVE
A primary goal of this organization is to improve the outcomes for children and youth with disabilities through the use of assistive technology to access school programs and curriculum. Like our Michigan organization, MATR, but they have been around a lot longer.

This site calls itself a parents guide to helping kids with learning differences and has sections on identifying and managing learning differences, as well as connecting with others.
All Kinds of Minds
All Kinds of Minds provides programs, tools, and a common language for parents, educators, and clinicians to help students with differences in learning achieve success in the classroom and in life. Their primary goal is to educate teachers, parents, educational specialists, psychologists, pediatricians, and students about differences in learning, so that children who are struggling in school because of the way their brains are wired are no longer misunderstood.
Resource Room
Resource Room provides practical resources on teaching reading spelling and math, includes lesson plans and articles. It is oriented to multi-sensory learning.
